He explained things thoroughly and answered my questions clearly. Our painter, Jesus, did a fantastic job. He masked and covered everything thoroughly to prevent overspray, replaced a rotten piece of soffit, and made a couple of excellent suggestions regarding seams between soffit sections and soffit vents.
